What are the dates of your CyberWeek sale?
Our 2025 sale starts on Monday, 24 November and ends on Friday, 05 December at 11.59 pm Mountain Standard time.
Are all QuadSpinner products discounted during your CyberWeek sale?
No. Discounted products include – new individual purchases of the Gaea 2 or Gaea 3 standard editions (Indie, Professional, Enterprise), upgrades/sidegrades to a higher edition, and upgrades from Gaea 1 to 2 OR Gaea 2 to 3 (the same edition you currently own).

The Cyber Week offer does not extend to volume orders, educational licenses, and reseller purchases; floating licenses; site licenses; license servers; and all optional add-ons (such as offline licenses and military/government licenses).
How much is the discount during this year’s CyberWeek sale?

What do I get if I buy Gaea during CyberWeek?
You get a whopping 40% discount on all eligible products. And you will receive a free copy of Gaea 3.0 upon release of the Private Early Access build, slated for March 2026.
How do I get the CyberWeek discount?
When you buy on our store during the sale, the coupon code will automatically be applied.
If I am unable to buy during your CyberWeek sale, can I still get the loyalty discount for upgrading to Gaea 2 or Gaea 3?
Yes! We will continue to offer our 30% upgrade loyalty discount to existing users after the sale.
Darn. I bought Gaea right before the CyberWeek sale. Can I still get the discount?
We totally understand how that feels. Our Cyber Week pricing only applies during the active sale. However, as a courtesy, if – in November - you purchased a new individual Gaea 2.0 license (Indie, Professional, or Enterprise) or upgraded from Gaea 1 to Gaea 2, or upgraded to a higher edition, you’re eligible for a complimentary Gaea 3.0 license (the same edition you purchased). And we’ll add you to that list.
Will there be another sale soon?
Our annual CyberWeek sale is our only discount event of the year. It’s how we reward our valued users for supporting development and spreading the word. Minor promotions may happen occasionally, but nothing like the big CyberWeek savings.
When will Gaea 3 be released?
Gaea 3.0 is expected to be production ready by June 2026.

If you pre-order during our CyberWeek sale, you will receive Early Access builds starting March 2026.

Please note that the release date is subject to change based on development progress and user feedback.
If I skip the upgrade to Gaea 3 now, will I lose access to Gaea?
No. Every version you purchase remains fully functional. You can upgrade later, if you wish. There’s no forced upgrade path. Older versions of Gaea can run side-by-side with newer ones safely.
If I don’t like Gaea 3, can I get a refund?
No. Our strict no-refund policy also applies to Gaea 3.

If you wait to buy Gaea 3 at full price upon official release, then you can try the free Community edition.
Will Gaea become a paid subscription?
No. Gaea will remain proudly perpetual. Once you purchase, you own your license. That is the best value we can offer our users.
What is Early Access?
Early Access is a pre-release version of Gaea 3. It gives you access to new features before everyone else! Early Access users can provide feedback that helps shape the final product. Note that Early Access versions may have bugs or incomplete features, as they are still in development.
Can I sidegrade my edition of Gaea 3 after pre-ordering?
No. Edition sidegrades are only available after the final version of Gaea is released. After that, you can sidegrade to a higher edition from the User Account page.
